Your data controls

PriceRoute keeps your research in Journey Memory so it can show where you have seen an item and what it cost. You decide whether it runs and you can delete it whenever you like.

See whether Journey Memory is on

Click the PriceRoute icon in the Chrome toolbar. The popup shows Journey Memory: ON or PAUSED. The side panel shows the same status at the top.

Pause and resume

• Popup → Pause. New pages and conversations stop being recorded immediately.
• Popup → Resume to start again. Nothing from the paused period is recorded later.

Look at your history

Open the side panel (popup → Open PriceRoute) and choose History. Each journey lists the pages, prices and AI conversations it contains, in order.

Delete one journey

Side panel → History → open a journey → Delete journey. This removes the journey, its page records and its links to AI conversations from your browser and from our servers.

Delete everything

1. Side panel → Data (or popup → Data controls).
2. Choose Delete all my data and confirm.
3. PriceRoute sends your installation ID together with your private installation secret to the server, which deletes every record for that installation. The extension then clears its local history and queue and creates a brand-new installation ID and secret.

If you already uninstalled the extension, contact us with your installation ID if you noted it; otherwise your data is deleted automatically 12 months after it was last updated.

What is never collected

Passwords, cookies, payment details, form entries, and checkout details such as order numbers, names or addresses. Read the full privacy policy.
